It doesn't look like you need a tripod or better lens for this one. It is perfect the way it is. #9944588

FERNANDA KINGSLEY-THOMAS January 25, 2012

Thanks so much Janet. I took it in a hurry supporting the camera in the gap of the polls in the balcony of the hotel I was staying, while my husband was waiting for me downstairs. I really should join a group and go shooting with a tripod at night in London. I have only taken two night pictures and both of them are from this hotel balcony in almeria - Spain. #9944873

Thanks very much Monica. This was my second night picture taken from the same hotel where I could use the balcony ledge to place the camera. I need to try and learn to use my tripod. #9955293

Hello Fernanda: I am finally getting through last month’s winners. Why did you not tell me you got a Finalist? You just made my day. This is a spectacular night time photograph. The detail is outstanding and I really like the way you have framed it with the colors and lighting. CONGRATULATIONS MY DEAR FRIEND. I am so sorry to be so tardy. Merna #9961307
