A member of the Soup Bone Cattle Company...specializing in authentic chuck wagon cooking...taking 40 winks after serving up 100's of from-scratch baked biscuits to the crowd at Wildseed Farms in Fredericksburg, TX. Our deal was, I could snap away - as long as he could close his eyes and catch those "40 winks"... :)

Ah-ha you do shoot people,Val!! And pretty amazingly, too! This is a marvelous candid portrait, I love everything about it - the pose, the tilt of the hat (and all the finger marks), the cigar falling out his mouth, the textures and fine detail of his beard, the clasp for his glasses, and his wonderful "soup" suspenders, terrific lighting - you definitely should do more of these!
