Next time you go, maybe you can go to Auburn and visit the amazing no kill animal shelter called HUA.org (Hearts United for Animals). Two of our rescues came from there and both were the most wonderful creatures! The HUA people embody all that is uplifing about people. Recently Lee Wheeler, middle aged daughter of the founders, tried very hard to help me find a job--15 years after we adopted our first dog from HUA. #9796677
