What a wonderful find, and so well captured! The sharpness and clarity, DOF, color and tonality are so well done.
The composition with repeated lines, curves that keep the eyes moving around the scene, and the moving frothy white ties the composition all together.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the wonderful comments. The photo was taken in the Porcupine Mountain Wilderness state park, Michigan. The Presque Isle river has carved out some interesting rock formations and potholes.
