From my Garden Spider shoot
I got into poisen ivy AGAIN while shooting these spiders,
I am itching like mad, so not very happy right now
I used my +10 macro filter on my Canon 55-250 USM IS Lens - none of my spider photos are cropped,
let me tell you, being that close to these spiders was nerve wracking, I was terrified
Have a nice night!!!

Fabulous macro, Peaches. These little spiders are harmless. Much more afraid of you then you are of them. #9619542Michelle Alton August 22, 2011
You did a super job on this one. The detail is amazing. This is a girl, I believe. #9619564Joy Rector August 22, 2011

Another "peachie" spider macro :) Love the pov, wonderful detail, great light and clean b/g - most people take these head on but I always think a side view is much more interesting - nice capture of her web also, Peaches...hope the itching clears up! #9620257Kitty R. Rodehorst-Hanna August 22, 2011
These "little" beauties will NOT hurt you Peachy! They eat lots of grasshoppers and are very good! This is a female. The males are tiny. You got some awesome shots of them! Sorry about the poisen ivy problem! Hurry and get over it! :-) k #9621302Anita Hogue August 25, 2011
WOW, a gorgeous shot! You must be like me. I get poison ivy, bee stings, ticks and chiggers but I still am a nature photographer! Get some tecnu at the drug store. The best thing I know for poison ivy. #9629181Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
