Good job posing four to fill the frame vertically as well as horizontally. And good choice of background and even lighting. I like how the background is slightly blurry. The green ivy makes a good backdrop. Glad it filled all the way across the back.

It's good that you moved in close, but it would have been better if you'd included all of Joann's fingers.

Except for her missing fingers, Joann looks perfect :-) Loosening up her scarf was a good idea.

Photoshop: Your colorcast correction for shade is just right, all the colors look just like they should. And I like how smooth my skin looks. Thanks!

Something looks weird about Dusty's eyes though—either they're over sharpened or too bright in the whites, making him stick out. It would be better to balance the eye contrast of the four instead. A stronger contrast just where our eyelashes and eyebrows should be (with Curves and a mask) on the two white-haired ones would help bring our eyes out. Tell us not to squint! Actually, as your groups get larger, take multiple shots to increase your chances of getting one with everyone's eyes wide-open.
