Josh ~ First Congrats on the EP. I like this photo. You did great with the selective color. I also think the light flares add a nice element to the picture. I guessing that those are street lights. #1389263

Yep,this exposure was done at late evening.

30 second exposure and then I popped the sign with some 2nd curtain flash. #9497776
