Following Buffalo Bayou
Description: Memorial Drive in Houston follows the north side of Buffalo Bayou as it enters downtown. Used a tripod. Used M mode, setting the shutter speed and adjusting the aperture until the street lights didn't blow out the whole picture. Finally applied NIC glamour glow filter at full blast.
