Thank you all for your kind comments. We had a terrible flood time last August.
You can see the carvings the waves have made since that time. Water has gone back too far for my taste, but good for many people who lost everything!!

You and Mother Nature are a great team, birdie! She painstakingly carves out an intricate design and modestly leaves it behind, unannounced to be discovered or ignored. Then you come along, dress it in fine clothes and boldly present it to the world so that all can appreciate it's beauty. A great photo!
