Melinda, I love this shot! I have a blue heeler that I thought about doing agility with, but all the training centers are over an hour away, so I gave up on it. This is a great catpture and a beautiful dog. #9455599

It might interest you to know that most people who train agility travel at least an hour! There just aren't enough facilities. You do have some other options however. There are lots of good books, and I offer online training: www.funwithfido.com

Thanks for the info, Melinda. My dog frequently got carsick and I felt I was doing it more for me than for him, so I gave it up. The vet did give me medication for him, but I decided not to put him through that. I love watching agility trials though and may try to photograph one someday. I'll check out your site. #9455778

Excellent POV and action capture. And, of course, excellent sharpness and clarity and tonality. This is a wonderful capture, Melinda!!!

Our first dog after our marriage 42 years ago, was a pure cross between a German Shorthair pointer and a Vizsla. She was the intentional offspring of an experiment to see what she would look like. Fraulein was a beautiful. She had the deep chest of a Viszla but otherwise looked like a German Shorthair. The only reason she was up for adoption was because the pup and its "aunt" did not get along.

My husband and I agreed, she was the best (smartest, most obedient, and most loving) dog we have ever had. #9456136
