Perfect title. The splash of color on the figure pulls you right into the scene. Great composition under the arch. As a former librarian, I also believe that this would make a great poster for a library reading campaign. #1800744

Rachel Rocket September 04, 2005

Rakesh,

A wonderful picture of someone so absorbed in an activity that she appears like she should be part of the scenery (despite standing out, due to her clothes). Nice sharp focus on your subject and nice lines (she is leaning right, the tree anchoring is leaning left - they are balanced). My favorite is Looking Forward, but you do a great job capturing snippets of life while maintaining interesting scenery/composition that tells a story.

Best,
Rachel #1801710
