I know we were only supposed to do 2 of the assignments but I added this one because I had the most trouble with it. I tried different direct lighting situations so I could try to learn how to adjust. I loved the idea of shooting with the back lighting but couldn't quite overcompensate for the redness in his face. I loved this shot and maybe when I learn how to photoshop I can fix it but I was hoping to figure out how to fix it without that. I did add a flash to this shot which made the eyes really pop (I had to put a makeshift white paper box over it so it wasn't so bright, plus this lens vignettes and looks horrible). My son was very patient with me ;) and he's normally not so serious but he was playing around and thought these were hilarious!
