Thanks Amy .. here are the details on this picture.
Went to Harbor Island at the end of a large storm hoping it would stop raining before sunset. Was looking to do some HDR images of downtown Tampa. Just before sunset it cleared and I was able to get they pictures I wanted including this one that was taken about 30 minutes after sunset.
Didn't need any HDR treatment for this image .. it was a 30 second esposure at f/4.0, ISO of 100, Canon XSi with a Tokina 12-24mm lens.
Processing was done with camera RAW and Photoshop. I used Topaz Noise & Detail to clean up the image. Very little post processing actually. #9390780
