I cropped an image to make the rock serve as a horizon/divider. The I followed Jim's directions and arrived at the attached. Neither of the ripples availble under distortion semed very believable so I used "ocean ripple" and reduced the exposure more than I originally believed was needed. I also reduced the size of the reflected area.
