Light as a Feather

Description

A friend of mine who collects peacock feathers emailed me a photo of some. I cropped one down to the eye and made the sphere using the second method. I used the same photo to create the background. I cut it into three pieces, flipped half the eye and used the underpainting blend mode. That blended the three pieces nicely. I place a layer of the hands and made the sphere in the size to fit in the middle. I placed a drop shadow around the spere and shaded the left side.
