Painted Canvas
Description: I created this photo to hang alongside a similar one, to not look like ordinary photos, but fine art pieces. The process involved using a gradient blend of two backgrounds and sandwiched the photo in between the two layers. Applied a texture to the photo so that it would have the canvas look, then finished off the edges so it would co-ordinate with the other piece. Added a butterfly for a touch of whimsy. Also did a few layers of masking and blending so that some parts of the photo were less revealed and not as intense.
