I was so surprised and thrilled.

It has been awhile, I'm really glad to hear from you. Thank you!!
I shot the image in camera raw, making a few minor adjustment there. I then opened the image in PSE6. There I made a curves adjustment, cropped and no sharpening. I shot this image through glass and found it necessary to apply the curves adjustment to illuminate any indication of the glass.

My heartiest and warmest Aussie congratz for the EP and 2nd PLACE awards bestowed upon this very colourful Nature study.
The lizard is such an intense and eye catching green yet it still cannot overcome the impact of that wonderful eye that has been made so prominent by your sharp focus and shallow depth of field.
