Description

These are cups on display at a Pottery Fair in Okinawa, Japan. Known as Yachimun in the local dialect, the clay pottery is handcrafted and painted before being fired in a woodburning kiln. Photo taken under an open sided tent on 18 DEC 2010 9"51AM. A Manfrotto 725B Tripod along with a cable release were used with a Pentax K10D, 18-250mm lens at a focal length of 55mm f/11 1/10 ISO 100 and available lighting.
