Peruvian woman in a high Andes village, Peru.
They have the most amazing hats, these women. I'm not particularly fond of a silver metallic hat, but believe me...they go all out with their hats...like American women and shoes, perhaps...LOL! Plus, though they dress in some "interesting" layers...their attire is so colorful...and made of the finest pima and alpaca...just fantastic!

I am so impressed and in awe of the beautiful work you are doing with these people from Peru images. Personally, I think they are of a calipher that they are award winning works of art. This one is going into my favorites as I love the way you framed the picture, the colors are so gorgeous and enough cannot be said about those beautiful textures. The composition is exceptional. Love her layered look and the array of colors she choose to put together. Its am amazing candid shot of an everyday person doing an every day thing yet you make it art.
