Rita, OOB stands for Out Of Bounds. It simply is a term to describe the technique where the subject seems to be coming out of the frame.

Description

Two years after I took this photo this couple just got married in LasVages with 'Elvis' officiating the ceramony.

I had good color when I took the shot so I didn't need to change the contrast/exposure. Created OOB and placed a texture layer around the edges.
