The Worm of Artistry

Uploaded: September 29, 2010

Description

I didn't know what category to put this one in, so I chose " Elements of design". It's a natural design. Does anyone know what made it? Lens aperture f/5, shutter speed 1/15sec, focal length 80ml, ISO 1600.

Well, Chris, it's a beautifully crafted outline of a hand, but whoever made it apparently preferred to remain anonymous! Wonderful find, and very well captured. #1312895

A unique find and capture Chris! I wouldn't have a clus as to what made it, and yes Mary, it does look like a hand! #8939721

Have no idea what it is, very different though. Is it worm wood?LOL #8941412

This is the reverse side of this one, the outer bark. Worms burrow in under the bark leaving a trail behind them. This one was obviously very artistic. #8941753

Isn't it wonderful!! Thanks for the comments. I'd say it was one worm, just the path it chose to take turned out like this. #8984554

Wow. Really? A worm did this??? AMAZING and so very unique! I thought the same thing, too. Wood Worm, maybe.

This is even better than elephant art. Do you know what that is, Chris? Certain elephants seem to be gifted with the oil painting brushes and people pay BIG BUCKS to have artwork that the elephants make.

THIS IS A PRIZED PHOTO! :)))!!!
