The end of the day..................
Description: Taken at St Ouen's Beach, Jersey, at sun set. Duplicated the pic then Buzzed, put ontop of the original using layers so I could rub out the surfer to get the bits back that the buzz got rid of, hue and saturation changed. Gaussian blur used on different parts of the picture. white splater brush used on a low percert to put the foam back on the wave
