Tried posting to this but it didn't submit, let me try again. Basically I said I liked several things, the foreground and hill in background gave it great depth, the dog is in focus and something about him looking out of the picture works. His pose is great, very nicely done, in my humble opinion. #1307161

What a beautiful dachshund! I have 5 of them myself. 2 dapple, 1 chocolate, a black and a red. We just cant help but to adopt them especially the ones who need it so desperately.

I love the pose and the background helps to make her stand out and look as though she is larger in life!
