Stop and Step

Description

I used the quick selection tool and Quick Mask in CS5 to make a selection. I feathered it at 2 px. I then used Bokeh at 36%. I used Nik Color Efex Tonal Contrast and used the U point technology to mask the back ground. I also ran it through Topaz Denoise 4. I used the Patch tool in CS5 to blend the selected dirt into the blurred background. I also used the blur tool to soften the edges on the selection as a final step.

Exif: F Number: 6.3, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/1000 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 640, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 500.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS-1D Mark IV
