London Eye at Twilight
Description: Taken from Victoria Embankment last week. Focal Length 13m, f22, 3.0, ISO 200. I had a difficult time with this twilight shot. I took a bunch, but this was the best of the lot. They were all either under exposed where the wheel looked crisp but everything else was too dark, or over exposed where the wheel was just a blur circle of light. Tried to do what I could to lighten up the dark areas and darken the light areas in PS. All critiques and suggestions for future twilight attempts welcome.
