I wanted to have some fun with this one and try out some different filters. I used Topaz Remix to make a cut out. I applied Topaz Portrait Smooth and Topaz Spicify to the cutout. I then applied a lens flare to the head light with Auto Fx Mystique. I took the color filter in CS5 and adjusted each color channel until I had some thing interesting. I cloned the bumper some to get rid of my reflection and to even the bumper out. I added in a headlight glow with Tiffen Dx2.
