This was the fourth time I encountered this artist around town with his easel. But wait! He was nowhere to be found, and here we are with yet another police road block for some mysterious reason...creating grid lock on the North side of City Hall. Did it have something to do with the Artist?

The Masonic Temple is on the right; Comcast Center peeks out from behind the easel, and the Mellon Building tries to scrape the sky on the left.

So many gorgeous Finalists this month, but I believe this one is my favourite! Awesome colour, comp and presentation, Michelle! Maybe the artist thought you were following him around town so he decided to hide for a while until you were gone! Ha! Ha! In any case, it gave you an opportunity to get this incredible capture!
