Red Barn and Fields

Uploaded: July 22, 2005 06:10:32

Description

ISO 200, f/11, 1/50 sec, Canon 100-400 lens at 400 mm, tripod. This was taken mid-morning. After shooting a bunch of 'regular' barn and field pictures, I saw the potential here for a very graphic image with the canola (yellow) and other field (lentils?) behind it. Due to the lens compression and composition it's interesting that the barn has depth, but the fields/sky don't and so it feels more like a graphic than a landscape.
