Dragon Fly
Description: It's Dave Rogers Big Bug display at Powell Gardens in Kingsville Missouri. Dave Rogers sculptures are created using various combinations of whole trees found standing or fallen dead, cut green saplings selectively harvested from the willow family, dry branches, and other forest materials.
The inherent uniqueness of these materials: their different shapes, colors and textures provide these sculptures with character, definition, and a sense of motion.
