Description

The 3 acres comprising the Taniguchi Japanese Gardens is but a small part of the 30 acres that make up Zilker Botanical Gardens here in Austin...but it's always the first place I head to on my weekly visits there. The little half moon bridge is one of my favorite views...there's a bench located to the left of this photo, off the pathway - an excellent spot to take in the view, unwind and just be in the moment...a little food for the soul.

You're so right, Diane. Taniguchi-san, the man who practically single-handily (one helper only), designed and constructed theses 3 acres, was a master at his craft.
