Extra Click - Speedway Panorama

Description

Nikon 24-70mm 2.8 @ 24mm F11 1/1600 ISO 2500 Afternoon practice at the local race track. I used a tripod with a panoramic head for this image. This pano was a challenge because there were moving subjects in the image so I captured a shot with the bulk of the cars at the left end of the track and another with a car near the center of the track so it looks like one car is leading the rest. I shot this at 1/1600 to freeze all of the cars. I also used the lightroom graduated neutral density filter to darken the sky a little bit.
