L2 - Low Light - Grim2
Description: Second try at neon lights. Tripod, increase shutterspeed and decrease aperture. By this time I could not see what I was doing. No flashlight and standing on a dark street corner by myself, I decided I better pack up and go home. Like the increase lighting but not the glow around neons. Want to go back again after a rain storm.
