A gift from Noah

Uploaded: July 06, 2005

Description

f2.9, 1/18s, ISO 200, focal length 20mm

Noah and I trapped on the back porch
as much needed rain begins to fall

I remembered from the night before
My Future Daughter-in-Law said
"He's my eye contact dog
He loves to communicate with his eyes."

So I began to talk to Noah
from behind my camera

When spirits communicate
There is no need for spoken language

Thanks Jill,

I forgot to explain ... this is a handheld shot at a relatively slow shutter speed ... of a subject who should not know to hold soooo very still.

This should have been a blurry mess ... instead ... this is exactly what my camera caught ... no touch ups at all.

That's why I called it Noah's Gift since he held so still.

oh, we were talking about the rain ;)

have fun,
