surfer dude buzzed

Description

Took this a couple of years ago on a Canon PowerShot. While I liked the form of the surfer, it is not a quality photo. I had to crop it significantly and then the shot became really pixelated. So, in order to preserve the "idea" of the shot, I buzzed it using Topaz Simplify 3.

Exif: F Number: 4.9, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/800 seconds, Flash: did not fire, auto mode, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 21.31 mm, Model: Canon PowerShot S50
