Yes...well...I'm about to have a big huge party here. Want to come? We named it "THE SPRING TIME PITY PARTY"...The back ground music will be thunder and lighting and the sounds of snow plows going by. What do you think?

Ok, I am going to make you feel better! Los Angeles (right around where I live) has had the coldest April in the history of their record keeping! Not as bad as snow and it has not been cold for me as I am from the northeast, but it has been CHILLY for So. Cal.!!! #8569251

Happy Springtime, Laura!
Wierd thing. Here in western NY, we got an unusually early Spring... flowers and leaves blossomed 2-3 weeks ahead of time. It's been known to snow here in April, too. (But not this year...not so far...)

Hey, Pom! I get the pasta, hot dogs, (and especially the chocolate cake) as comfort food, but SUSHI?!?

Yes Mare! SUSHI! It's a "comfort" to know there are still fish in the ocean. (See the brilliant angle there?) Well you are just a lucky girl to wear shorts and no sleeves. I could to that, too, if I crank the heater up. Actually there have been a few times in the dead of the winter that I have done similar things with the heater up and a bathing suit on! :D We do what we have to do, right?

Steve, I happen to know she is in Tahiti right now. The Goddess of the Mtn Top could see here there. Let me see what I can do. Sherran has connections with the wind. Maybe she can send you down my next Chinook? Hang in there.

Renata...Oh MY is right. But good news here. It's melting off. The trees and plants outside are turning from SHIVERING to having a good drink of water.

Wind is just what we need but be sure it's attached to a Chinook Sherran. PLEASE. WE NEED A CHINOOK!

Shelly is just the sad truth. Alberta Canada is where I am. Some folks have flowers and green grass here, too. I took pictures of some yesterday. Frozen but it's there...Spring will come. It will. Sherran said she'd help and I believe her.
