Taken early morning at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, Sigma 28-135mm lens, tripod, Provia 100. Slide scanned in Nikon Coolscan V; image cropped and color adjusted slightly in Photoshop 7.0.

Don't sell yourself short. This is a beautiful macro. The soft effect on the other lotus is beautiful, but there is also something to be said for a clear detailed image. And I love this!~Jen #272562

Judith, I did the other lotus. I agree with Jen, your photo is beautiful. The color is outstanding. By the way, I went to your gallery, and that is universally true- you have a wonderful eye for color. I also showed my 12 year old your great horned owl--we have an owl thing in this family.
