~ SPRING BLOOMS ~

Description

Spring Is Blooming!
Everywhere there are blooms
of many colors...many sizes..
Growing in many forms. On trees,
flowerbeds and bushes. These
particular blooms are upon what
we here in Kansas call, Sandhill
Plum Bushes. Grown mainly in sandy
soil, these bushes not only give
us beauty in the pastures and
road ditches, but it won't be long
and these bushes will bear the
fruit of Sandhill Plums. Many will
head out in the coming months and
pick them to make delicious jams
and jellies. Very tasty on your morning toast!!
Sure wish I had time to make some
....guess I'll just have to enjoy that made by others.

We have been very busy lately getting
our crops top-dressed with fertilizer.
Taking advantage of every non-windy
moment that we can....I am far beind
in commenting...I'm hoping to get
caught up very soon!!!!

HAVE A GREAT EVENING!!
