Ballerina Dreamer
Description: To get the soft filter effect, I used chapstick on a small piece of plexi-glass and placed it in front of the camera. The dark walls gave a natural vignette and the bright white is a window. To soften the image further I placed sheer fabric in front of the window and white sheer fabric on the window bench. I had my daughter wear her most "fluffy" tutu to soften even more. Of course, I could have done all of this in photoshop, but I planned to challenge myself to see if I could create the effect with tools from around the house. Editing include conversion from RAW and reduce noise only, (and re-size).
