My first digital camera, an Olympus D-550, was a Christmas present from my husband, Scott, in 2002.
I broke it in with hundreds of images of our cats, Riley and Shadow. I've expanded the range of my interests considerably since becoming a member of betterphoto's community in June, 2003.
In July, 2004, I purchased a Fuji Finepix s7000. Its capabilities, particularly in the super macro mode, have given me a "whole new world" to explore.
