Howdy, guess that let's you know I'm from a small town in West Texas about 100 miles from nowhere. I've always been called Mikey and I'm a substance abuse counselor. I had a airplane crash in 86 and have been in a wheelchair since. Sometimes that makes photography a little harder to get in the right place at the right time. God works it out for me. I've noticed that taking photos has made me notice more of this world. My favorites are old items (houses, cars, land, ect)I love to look at an old empty house and wonder how many Christmas, New years, Births and other events have happened in that house. My goals are to be happy with my work and have others to ask the same questions I have about the shot. I have two Canon's AE-1 and Canon Rebal XT which I've started using more. This is a picture of me and my crew. I am the one setting down along with the Director standing and the Sound effects professionals sitting on my lap.
