WELCOME!! I hope you enjoy looking at my photos as much as I enjoy taking them.
My wife Lois and I are living in Puerto Vallarta, on the West coast of Mexico. We travel as much as possible and continue to seek new and unique experiences and photo opportunities.
My initial focus was on nature and landscape photography and those interests have continued to expand and evolve and include candid photos of people, black and white photography, details of urban life and architectural elements. When working in a location, I try to capture details that reveal the essence of the people, landscape, architecture and life of the area. I am seeking to capture unique compositions and images that go beyond the familar.
My work has been exhibited in Martinez, California, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Santa Fe, New Mexico and several locations in Alabama including juried shows and exhibitions at the Kennedy Douglass Center For The Arts and the Tennessee Valley Museum of Art. My photos have appeared in conjunction with the Santa Fe International Folk Art Market, National Geographic Traveler, Overseas Adventure Travel on line, and in the P V Mirror, Puerto Vallarta City Paper.
I hope you enjoy my work and I welcome your critique and comments.
