Green Doughnut Planet
Saturday the 7th of November of 2009 I was at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, for the fall meeting of the NPPNW, and decided to take some 360-degree horizontal panoramas. After converting them into polar panoramas, and playing with them I created this piece that reminded me of a doughnut, hence the name. Original photos taken with a vertically handheld DSLR (digital single lens reflex) camera set at ISO 400 (because it was raining on and off that day) and f/8 using a wide-angle zoom lens (12 to 24). Entered into the “Digital Darkroom” category, re-entered into the “Center” Monthly Theme for August 2010.
Keywords: Digital Darkroom, Polar Panorama, Trees, Landscape, and USA.
