Chateau Frontenac Chatau Frontenac is a hotel in the Old Quarter and is the dominant building in the Quebec City Skyline. Built in 1893 in the medieval French style, the hotel is located in the heart of Upper Town overlooking the St. Lawrence River. It was the meeting place for Winston Churchill, Franklin Roosevelt, and leaders of other Allied countries during World War II. It's a must see when you go visit!! Uploaded on 10/29/2004 4:00:00 AM
