Pastel Balsamroot
Balsamroots are common wildflowers in the Cascade Mountains within Washington. Original photo taken by resting a Canon 10D on the ground, with it set at ISO 100 and using a macro lens. The image was transformed primarily by playing around with layers. The other layer started out as a computer generated fractal, which was toned down to achieve this pastel look. Entered into the “Flowers” category.
