All That Remains
Framing The Subject - Some of the remaining columns at the Forks of Cypress, a historic plantation home constructed in the early 1820's near Florence, Alabama. The structure was surrounded by columns on all four sides and was destroyed by a lightening fire in 1966. The tree where the fire started is framed by the colums. Taken at 3:35pm, ISO 800, WB Cloudy, 18-55 mm lens at 31mm, f/18 for 1/250 sec, manual exposure. Applied sepia tone in post processing. Liked the effect.
