Responsibility I love this image of this new mother-anyone who has children probably knows this look and the fact that having a child is not always smiles and giggles, but the more serious feelings when you realize - this baby is MINE and he is completely dependent on ME - and it can be a very surreal feeling -- surreal and still very, very wonderful.
