99
Muslims remember God with 99 names in Arabic, with each name evincing a specific attribute of God. The number 99 seen on the board in the oldest mosque in Egypt, the Mosque of Amr ibn al-As (originally built in 641–642 AD, as the center of the then newly founded capital of Egypt, i.e, Cairo) was coincidental though.
After saying my prayers, I couldn't resist and fetched my camera to capture the wonderful light falling on the columns and the arches.
