On a Crisp and Cloudless Day
----
Temperature yesterday morning at 10 am was only 46F and the wind was blowing constantly at speeds of 20 to 40 miles per hour. I wore a wool pea coat.
-----
At the John James Audubon Center and Wildlife refuge, our Meetup group had a fine day despite the wind causing artistic flower shots to be near impossible.
----
Notably, this blooming-late April, there were daffodils and bluebell naturalized throughout the acres of woodland hills. This was near the park entrance; the old farm house.
-----
Note: One of my friends was lucky enough to see and photograph a pileated woodpecker, and we all saw a large herd of dear at a distance.
