Underground Cowboys?
----
It was May 31st, and we waited A LONG TIME to catch a ride on the Philadelphia Subway system. Though the SEPTA (South East Pennsylvania Transit Authority) Subway is very old and, well, unattractive (shall we say), it's normally very accommodating.
---
After we waited nearly a half hour, I noticed a chartreuse paper sign on a pole near the platform. "SEPTA will be hosting transit professionals from around the country at the 2013 APTA International Rail RODEO....And it went on to describe a modified schedule of service for the Broad Street line.
----
We finally boarded a train, only to sit unmoving on the track for more than another half hour. As we sat there, numerous "Rodeo" cars went by. This was a "Cowboy" on one of those cars. Note the sign on the window.
---
Oh...need I report that SEPTA took first place in the RODEO?

Who knew from Subway Rodeos?
