I put this together from shots to Photoshop in about 20 minutes using my tripod set to the right angle. I walked into the kitchen and saw a couple egg shells that needed to go into the garbage when the idea came to me. (I have seen this sort of shot done before but had never tried it myself). Taking the egg carton out of the fridge, I placed it on a table and angled my camera down at about a 45 degree angle. After a couple shots, I swiveled the head of the tripod and camera around to point at an empty area on the kitchen floor, call my daughter in from the other room and asked for her photogenic assistance. Choosing my two best shots, I duplicated the Egg Layer and placed on above and below my daughter. I masked the front of the shell on the top layer, then my daughter, resizing her to fit in the shell, and made an additional layer with her selection filled with black (reduced opacity) for the shadow. :)
